Congratulations on submitting Part 2 of your Membership Application!
NADOI examiners will need to review your application. It will then go before the Membership Committee for final review and voting. The review process may take up to four months. If we require additional detail or clarification on your application, we will contact you at the email address you provided.
Payment of the $40 USD non-refundable application fee may be done through PayPal ($2 Convenience fee will be added) or by mailing a check to the NADOI Treasurer. We will not examine your application until payment is received.

- Applications will not be processed unless application fee has been submitted.
